about me
My name is Danielle Boenig and I was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. My love for Interior design began when I was a little girl. I used to go to show homes with my parents and see so many things that would leave me in awe. When I was young I had a goal of owning a house as beautiful as the show homes, but as I grew up my goal transformed into designing houses similar to those.

The interest I had growing up transformed into a passion. After highschool, I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology; it was after this that I realized that was not what I wanted to have a career in. My passion for Interior Design still lingered. After speaking to a friend who was an Interior Designer, the spark was reignited and I began my journey to become an Interior Designer myself. I attended the Centre for Arts and Technology in Kelowna and immediately felt like this was what I was meant to be doing.

I create designs that are a direct reflection of a an individual, making each design unique. I love finding a balance between creativity and functionality, something that is very detailed but can look very simplistic. Design can be compared to problem solving, finding the best possible way to use a space and make it look beautiful while doing so. This is something I strive for in every design I create.
